Billing Information

Dr. Thom is not in network with any insurance companies.  Patients pay for their visit at the time of services.  Dr. Thom provides an invoice or "super bill" for patients to submit to their insurance.  They may get reimbursed, subject to the terms of their plan (out of network deductible and reimbursement rate, copays, etc.)

Dr. Thom is not a Medicare provider.  She cannot bill Medicare on behalf of patients, and patients are not allowed to submit an invoice to Medicare seeking reimbursement.

Payment is due at the time of service.  Dr. Thom accepts Venmo, Zelle, checks, and cash.  Credit card services are pending.
